/KASE, February 25, 2022/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 16,
2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board
of Directors:
- excluded: K. Uskenbayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, D.
Kydyrbayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, A.
Omarkhojaev – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: K. Sharlapaev – member of the Board of Directors, A. Mukhamejanov
– member of the Board of Directors, S. Zhamalov – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank" house
construction savings bank JSC consists of seven persons: K. Sharlapaev, A.
Mukhamejanov, S. Zhamalov, L. Ibragimova, Y. Khamitov, N. Tokobayev, E.
Yermekova.
