/KASE, February 15, 2022/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders would begin on March 14, 2022
at 11:00 o'clock.
The only issue on the agenda of the meeting is the issue "On the conclusion of a
public-private partnership agreement for the public-private partnership project
"Construction and operation of street lighting networks in the city of Atyrau
(length 270,027 meters)" which is a major transaction, as a result of which the
company acquires or alienates (may acquire or alienate) property, the value of
which is more than fifty percent of the total book value of the assets of Batys
tranzit JSC".
