/KASE, February 14, 2022/ – Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated January
31, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's
Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Madizhan – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: D. Baizhanov – member of the Board of Directors, G. Mussin –
member of the Board of Directors, A. Kanafin – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aktobe Oil
Equipment Plant JSC consists of three persons: D. Baizhanov, G. Mussin, A.
Kanafin.
