/KASE, February 9, 2022/ – Dosjan temir joly (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

... the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company, scheduled
for 04.02.2022, is considered invalid due to the lack of the required quorum,
determined by Article 18 of the Company's Charter and Article 45 of the Act of
the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies".
At the time of registration of shareholders, according to the certificate, from
the central securities depository dated February 4, 2022, Tanbaly Tas LLP and
Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC are prohibited from managing ordinary
shares of the Company, in the number of 5,805 (five thousand eight hundred
five), according to the definitions of the specialized inter-district economic
court dated 27.01.2022 and 28.01.2022.
We notify you that the repeated extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of
the Company is scheduled for February 11, 2022.
