/KASE, February 9, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 27, 2022, A. Maliev was
elected as a member of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of five people: R. Suleimanov, A. Askarova, A. Sisenov, Zh.
Dzhienbekov, A. Maliev.
