/KASE, February 9, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you that
from February 9, 2022, the issuer was replaced in the trading system and
databases of KASE from Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC to
Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC for the following bonds:
1) KZ2C00002962 (KASE main market, category "bonds", FAGRb1);
2) KZ2C00003465 (KASE main market, category "bonds", FAGRb2).
The valid trade codes of the mentioned bonds will not change.
Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC provided KASE with copies of amendments to
the issue prospectuses of the said bonds registered by the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of the financial market
on January 26, 2022, as well as certificates of state registration of the issue
of securities replacing those previously issued due to the change in name of
the issuer from Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC to Agrarian
Credit Corporation JSC, which are posted on KASE website –

Since February 9, 2022, trades in the indicated bonds, which had been
suspended from December 23, 2021, have been resumed on KASE.
