/KASE, February 7, 2022/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 1, 2022, the
following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:
- B. Nugymanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- O. Zhandossov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- A. Botabekov – member of the Board of Directors;
- R. Rakhimov – member of the Board of Directors;
- K. Ibragimov – member of the Board of Directors.
