/KASE, February 4, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on February 3, 2022 made a decision to include
bonds KZ2P00008386 (MFACb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on the offering
of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is February 7,
2022.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
