/KASE, February 4, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on February 3, 2022, the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
the following bonds of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC
(Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2D00008349 (HCBNb7; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual
coupon, 12.50 % APR, 30/360);
- KZ2D00008356 (HCBNb8; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual
coupon, 12.50 % APR, 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is February 4,
2022.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
