Bonds KZ2D00008349 (HCBNb7) and KZ2D00008356 (HCBNb8) of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, February 3, 2022/ – On February 3, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2D00008349 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, 12.50 % APR, 30/360); - KZ2D00008356 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, 12.50 % APR, 30/360). The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Issues of these bonds are the second and third ones under the third bond program of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 21, 2018 for a total amount of KZT150.0 bn. The financial consultant of Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC is BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty). These bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) HCBNb7 and HCBNb8, respectively.
