/KASE, February 2, 2022/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of the Management
Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated February 1, 2022, bonds
KZ2C00008431 (ALBNb6; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon, 10.50 %
per annum; 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty) are included in
the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is February 3, 2022.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
