KASE's Management Board made decision to include bonds KZ2C00008431 (ALBNb6) of Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank in category "commercial bonds" of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, February 1, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated February 1, 2022, bonds KZ2C00008431 (KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty) are included in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) ALBNb6. More detailed information on the issue of these bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2022-02-01]
