/IRBIS, October 2, 03/ - Within the first 9 months of 2003 volume of transactions in corporate securities (CS), which were made at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached equivalent of $658.8 m., (KZT99.2 bn.) and compared to similar period of last year increased by $408.1 m., (KZT60.8 bn) or 2.63 times as much (2.59 times in tenge equivalent). In 2002 volume of CS purchase and sale transactions at KASE was equivalent of USD603.6 m or KZT93.2 bn.
