/KASE, January 27, 2022/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on January 26, 2022 made a decision on inclusion of the following bonds of TechnoLeasing LLP (Almaty) in the category "bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00008220 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session; 30/360); - KZ2P00008238 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 3.5 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session; 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of TechnoLeasing LLP. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) THLZb5 and THLZb6, respectively.
