/KASE, January 25, 2022/ – SFC EKA-Invest (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on January 24,
2022, the general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P00003254 (KASE alternative
market, category "bonds", EKAIb1) decided to amend the issue prospectus of these
bonds.
