/KASE, January 17, 2022/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 14, 2022, D.
Dossanov – general director of the company – was excluded from the
Management Board.
Taking into account the said change, the Management Board of KazTransOil
consists of eight persons: S. Arynov, Y. Mendybayev, A. Tanatarov, Zh. Makhin,
Ch. Seissekenov, Sh. Adilova, D. Mukhamed-Rakhim, Zh. Issakov.
