/KASE, January 17, 2022/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
D. Dossanov – member of the Board of Directors – was excluded from the Board
of Directors following his own initiative.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil
JSC consists of five persons: D. Berlibayev, D. Dossanov, Hadrian Freissinet,
Vinicius Agostini Alves, Alberto Martinez Lopez.
