According to the mentioned extract: - total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 384,635,600 units; - 384,635,599 common shares of the company are outstanding; - company bought back 7,500 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is National Company KazMunaiGas JSC , owning 346,172,040 common shares of the company (90.00% of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 90.00% of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
