Issue of MEIKAM-120#1 failed

/IRBIS, September 29, 03/ - Today the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan conducted auction on floatation of first issue of MEIKAM with 3650-day circulation term (KZK4KY100014), the planned issue volume was KZT2,000 m and limit for non-competitive bids was equal to 30%. According to the issuer's information, the issue has been recognized as failed on account of unsatisfactory price conditions, which were stated by dealers and their clients. [2003-09-29]
