/KASE, December 31, 2021/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 22, 2021, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- removed: K. Ibrashev, R. Ayazbayev, A. Aydarkulov, S. Abuyev, O. Suleimenov,
L. Akanova;
- elected: B. Ablazimov – member of the Board of Directors, R. Ayazbayev –
member of the Board of Directors, K. Iskaziyev – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director, K. Ibrashev – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director, A. Mauleshev – member of the Board of
Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAzot JSC
consists of five persons.
