/KASE, December 29, 2021/ – Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders with the following
agenda will begin on January 28, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock:
- on determining the composition, the term of office of the Board of Directors,
the election of its members, as well as on determining the amount and
conditions for the payment of remuneration, compensation of expenses to
members of the Board of Directors for performance of their duties;
- on choosing an audit organization that will audit the company for 2021.
