are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

Based on the deed of transfer approved by a decision of the Sole shareholder of
Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC on December 13, 2021 and the accession agreement
dated December 7, 2021, concluded between Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC and
Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC, all property rights and the
responsibilities of the Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC are
transferred in full to Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC.
