/KASE, December 29, 2021/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
from December 27, 2021 it began to own a 100 % stake in the private company
BMT Holding Limited.
