/KASE, December 29, 2021/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated December 21, 2021, the following changes were
made to the company's Management Board:
- removed: Zh. Nurmaganbetov – managing director for strategy and development,
B. Zhazykbayev – managing director for production, A. Botabekov – managing
director for finance and accounting, T. Safuani – managing director for legal
support and risks;
- elected: B. Zhazykbayev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Botabekov –
managing director for finance and accounting, T. Safuani – managing director
for legal support and risks.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KEGOC consists of
four persons: K. Moldabayev, B. Zhazykbayev, A. Botabekov, T. Safuani.
