whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the following:

Based on the deed of transfer approved by decision of the Sole shareholder of
Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC on December 13, 2021 and the
accession agreement dated December 7, 2021, concluded Fund of Financial
Support for Agriculture JSC and Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC, all property
the rights and obligations of Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC are
transferred in full to the Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC.
