/KASE, December 23, 2021/ – Baiterek Venture Fund (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 7, 2021, A. Tazhikenov was
elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Baiterek Venture
Fund JSC consists of six persons: K. Abusseitov, R. Iskakov, A. Ushbayev, Zh.
Kutbai, A. Yeralin, A. Tazhikenov.
