/KASE, December 22, 2021/ – Bayan Sulu (Kostanay), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on January 21, 2022 at 15:00
o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- on amending a major interested party transaction previously concluded with
the Subsidiary Bank of Sberbank of Russia JSC.
