/KASE, December 21, 2021/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 9, 2021, O.
Kulakov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Freight Traffic – was
excluded from the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of ten persons: N. Sauranbayev, B. Urynbassarov,
A. Akhmetzhanov, K. Almagambetov, D. Kusherov, Y. Zhangaulov, M. Duzbayeva,
Y. Nagasspayev, S. Keulimzhaev, Y. Koishibayev.
