/KASE, December 21, 2021/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated December 2, 2021, Cleghorn Simon James was
elected as a deputy Chairman of the Management Board for production.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas
JSC consists of four persons: D. Kanashev, B. Jalolov, K. Rakhishov, Cleghorn
Simon James.
