Bonds KZ2C00008332 (BTRKb8) of National managing holding "Baiterek" passed listing procedure under "bonds" category of KASE main market

/KASE, December 20, 2021/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 20, 2021 made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00008332 (KZT 1,000, KZT55.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360) of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Nur-Sultan) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The date of entry into force of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The financial consultant and underwriter of National managing holding "Baiterek" is Freedom Finance (Almaty). The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) BTRKb8.
