officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will on January 15, 2022,
at 13:00 o'clock, with the only issue on the agenda is the issue "On making a
decision on the payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the Company for the
third quarter of 2021".
