/KASE, December 15, 2021/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 30, 2021,
the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Yeralin – representative of Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, K.
Zhylkyshiyev – independent director;
- elected: Y. Kulazhanov – representative of Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, A.
Abdiyev – independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas
KMG JSC consists of five people: D. Berlibayev, Y. Kulazhanov, S. Makashev, N.
Akhanzaripov, A. Abdiyev.
