KASE's Listing commission made decision to include bonds KZ2C00008308 (KAFIpp1) of KazAgroFinance in "Private placement" market of KASE official list

/KASE, December 15, 2021/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 14, 2021 made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00008308 (KZT1,000, KZT25.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, 11.50 % per annum; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list . The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) KAFIpp1. More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2021-12-15]
