/KASE, December 14, 2021/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated December 7, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to reorganize the Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC and Agrarian
Credit Corporation JSC by merger of Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture
JSC with Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC;
- to sell 57,937,775 shares of Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC
within the number of issued shares at KZT1,387.20 per share in favor of
Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC;
- to issue 78,830,137 shares of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC within the
number of authorized shares at KZT1,019.55 per share in favor of the sole
shareholder of Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture JSC.
