/KASE, December 14, 2021/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 13, 2021, R. Abramyan was
elected a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director of the bank.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
Alfa-Bank JSC consists of nine persons: N. Kussainov, I. Poz, O. Sysuev, Brawn
David Mark, I. Pyatkov, D. Osin, S. Ayupova, E. Duisemalieva, R. Abramyan.
