/KASE, December 13, 2021/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that its Board of Directors on December 7, 2021 approved the following
decisions with subsequent submission for consideration by the sole shareholder
of the fund:
- to approve the deed of transfer between the Fund of Financial Support for
Agriculture JSC and the Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC;
- to determine that Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC is the legal successor of
all property, rights and liabilities of the Fund of Financial Support for
Agriculture JSC in accordance with the deed of transfer.
