/KASE, December 13, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a notice of
holding an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on January 25, 2022
by absentee voting with the following agenda:
- on choosing an auditing organization that will audit the company for 2022–
2024, and the procurement of its services by means of a tender through
competitive negotiations;
- on determining the number of members and the term of office of the counting
commission of the company, the election of its members.
