/KASE, December 13, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of its
intention to pay from December 20, 2021 dividends on common shares
KZ1C00000512 (KASE main market, category "standard", AKFI) for nine months of
2021 at KZT10 per share for a total amount of KZT487,185,100.
