/KASE, December 10, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders,
which took place on December 10, 2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate financial statements of the company as of and for
nine months ended September 30, 2021;
- to approve the distribution of a part of the company's net income for payment
of dividends on ordinary shares based on the results of separate financial
statements for nine months of 2021;
- to set the size of the dividend to 10 tenge per ordinary share;
- to set the record date on December 13, 2021;
- to set the start date for dividend payments on December 20, 2021.
