/KASE, December 10, 2021/ – SFC EKA-Invest (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
on December 8, 2021, a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P00003254
(KASE alternative market, category "bonds", EKAIb1) made a decision to amend
the issue prospectus of these bonds.
