/KASE, December 7, 2021/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of the
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on December 2, 2021.
The shareholders, inter alia, decided to cancel the payment of dividends for
2020.
In total, at the general meeting of shareholders, decisions were made on three
items on the agenda.
