Bonds KZ2C00001360 (SATCb1) and KZ2C00001832 (SATCb2) of Fincraft Resources excluded from KASE official list due to expiration of circulation period

/KASE, December 3, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you that from December 3, 2021 the following bonds of Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty) have been excluded from KASE official list due to the expiration of the circulation period: - KZ2C00001360 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", SATCb1; KZT100, KZT15.0 bn; 03.01.08 – 03.12.21; inflation-indexed annual coupon, 9.30 % per annum for the last coupon period; 30 / 360); - KZ2C00001832 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", SATCb2; KZT100, KZT6.0 bn; 03.08.12 – 03.12.21; floating annual coupon, 10.40 % per annum for the last coupon period; 30/360). Bonds SATCb1 were included in KASE official list under the "B" category from January 3, 2008, and since August 8, 2019, they had been in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. Trades in them were opened on January 16, 2008. Bonds SATCb2 had been included in KASE official list's category "Debt securities with a rating" since August 3, 2012; since August 8, 2019 they had been in the category "bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market.
