/KASE, November 30, 2021/ – Special trading sessions on the offering of five issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place today in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). Following results of the special trading sessions, the following bond issues were placed: 1) KZMF00000838 (MGK118_083; KZT1,000, KZT4,475,753,000; 118 months; annual coupon, 7.10 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Mangystau region for KZT4.5 bn; 2) KZMF00000846 (MGK130_084; KZT1,000, KZT1,682,589,000; 130 months; annual coupon, 6.10 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Mangystau region for KZT1.7 bn; 3) KZMF00000853 (MGK132_085; KZT1,000, KZT2,673,765,000; 132 months; annual coupon, 6.10 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Mangystau region for KZT2.7; 4) KZMJ00001006 (DZK024_100; KZT1,000, KZT6,215,059,000; 27.07.21 – 27.07.23; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhambyl region for KZT1.9 bn; 5) KZMJ00001154 (DZK024_115; KZT1,000, KZT7,008,000,000; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, 4.25 % APR; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhambyl region for KZT7.0 bn. Bonds of the local executive body of the Mangystau region were issued in order to finance the activities provided for in the implementation of the state program "Employment Roadmap for 2020-2021".
