ForteBank's Board of Directors made a decision to appoint Yeldar Abdrazakov,
founder and head of the Centras Group of Companies, as the Chairman of the
Board of Directors from December 1, 2021. Yeldar will replace Marlen Mirzabekov,
who has headed the Board of Directors since 2019.
The appointment is related to the further improvement of the effective work of
the Board of Directors on strategic management and the intentions of Yeldar
Abdrazakov to enter the capital of ForteBank. Such participation by the new
Chairman of the Board of Directors of ForteBank will contribute to further
