/KASE, November 26, 2021/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 25, 2021,
the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- removed: D. Berlibayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, D. Dossanov –
Member of the Board of Directors, Hadrien Freissinet – independent Director,
Agostini Alves Vinicius – independent Director;
- elected: D. Berlibayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, M. Orazbekov –
member of the Board of Directors, D. Dossanov – member of the Board of
Directors, Hadrien Freissinet – independent Director, Agostini Alves Vinicius
– independent Director, Martinez Lopez Alberto – independent Director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil
JSC consists of six people: D. Berlibayev, M. Orazbekov, D. Dossanov, Hadrien
Freissinet, Agostini Alves Vinicius, Martinez Lopez Alberto.
