KASE's Listing Commission makes decision to include bonds KZ2C00008241 (BTVFpp1) of Baiterek Venture Fund in KASE official list's "Private placement" platform

/KASE, November 25, 2021/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 24, 2021 made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00008241 (KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; 9 years 11 months; annual coupon, 8.10 % per annum; 30/360) of Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (Nur-Sultan) in KASE official list's "Private placement" platform. The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTVFpp1. The main activity of Baiterek Venture Fund JSC is investment activity.
