/KASE, November 24, 2021/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture
(Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that its Board of Directors on November 16, 2021
approved the following decisions:
- to reorganize the company by merging with Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC;
- to sell the company's shares within the issued number of shares in the
number of 57,937,775 pieces at a price of KZT1,387.20 per share at the
expense of the offering of shares of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC in favor
of the sole shareholder of Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC;
- to cancel the shares of the company after their acquisition by Agrarian Credit
Corporation JSC.
