/KASE, November 17, 2021/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of changes to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00006880 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", TCOMb2; KZT1,000, KZT18.0 bn; 12 years; semi-
annual coupon, 11.50 % per annum; 30/360) and certificates of state registration
of a bond issue replacing the one issued previously.
According to the said documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of
the Financial Market on November 16, 2021 registered changes to the issue
prospectus of these bonds;
- the certificate was replaced due to a change in the circulation period of the
said bonds;
- the circulation period has been changed from 12 years to 7 years;
- the interest rate was changed from 11.50% per annum to 13.00% per annum.
