European Bank for Reconstruction and Development raised KZT12.5 bn on KASE by subscription by placing three-year international bonds XS2404974508 (EBRDe14) with yield at level of compound interest rate TONIA+0 %

/KASE, November 11, 2021/ – As previously announced, on November 9, 2021,
the initial offering of international bonds XS2404974508 (EBRDe14; KZT12.5 bn;
11.11.21 – 11.11.24; floating quarterly coupon; actual/365) of the European Bank
for Reconstruction and Development was conducted on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) in the "Subscription" module of the trading system by way of subscription
to them.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) acted as the
seller during the subscription to the mentioned bonds.
Orders were collected during the subscription on November 9, 2021 from 09:30
to 11:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time.
Bonds with a par value of 12,500,000,000 tenge (12,500,000,000 bonds with a
par value of 1 tenge) were offered. The price in an order was the value of the
fixed margin to the quarterly value of the compound interest rate TONIA as a
percentage of the bond's par value, expressed with an accuracy of two decimal
places. In the case of market orders, the "yield at market" was indicated as the
price.
No restrictions for buyers with regard to the maximum number of bonds in
submitted orders were specified by the terms of the subscription.
One member of KASE took part in the trades. In total, 7 limit orders with a
nominal volume of KZT12,500.0 mln were submitted to the trading system, which
as at the end of the order collection were recognized as active. The value of
the fixed margin in the active orders submitted was 0.00 %.
Based on the results of the offering, the issuer executed 7 active orders,
thereby placing the entire planned volume in the amount of 12,500,000,000.00
tenge and setting the yield at the level of the quarterly compound interest
rate TONIA+0%.
According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), all deals
based on results of the subscription to the specified bonds by the time of
publication of this information have been settled, the subscription has been
completed.
