Amendments to Rules for Market-Makers' Activities effective from November 5

/KASE, November 8, 2021/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated November 4, 2021, changes and additions No. 13 (amendments) to KASE's internal document "Rules for Market-Makers' Activities" (the Rules) were approved, with effect from November 5, 2021. These amendments were made in connection with the creation of the "KASE Global" sector in the structure of KASE official list, intended for circulation of securities of foreign issuers. These amendments provide for market-makers of foreign shares admitted to circulation in the "KASE Global" sector two schemes for announcing and maintaining compulsory quotations, as well as payment of remuneration consisting of fixed and variable parts.
